At last, here by popular demand and just in time for Hallowe'en, the wing tutorial! :boogie:

I'm sooo very sorry this has taken me FOREVER to finish. I'm not really that good at making tutorials, and I hope it's not totally confusing.
Please try and ignore all the typos and spelling mistakes.

If it really doesn't make sense, let me know and I'll do my best to fix it.

Again sorry for it taking forever. My apologies.

On a scale of 1-10, how difficult do you think this project would be for a first-time sewer? I'd really like to get into making my own cosplays, since buying them is getting to be rather expensive.

Once I can actually think of someone to cosplay, I would really love to try this! You did a great job explaining it :3

This is an awesome tutorial!

However, being a feathered being, I wonder. How would I make feathered wings? Would I make these wings and stitch in every feather, or is there another technique you use? (Or do you even make feathered wings? :P)

Ive been buying wings for years, and one that wasnt quite as complicated as yours, and probably even cheaper made, cost almost 100$!

you're amazing!

The hot glue gun pic is awesome. (Your hair is actually purple, or just wearing a wig for fun?)

OH OH btw. Go enter this in the Instructables Halloween contest! :o (sorry don't have link handy but it's easy to find) I won the costume division last year and they have even better prizes this year. If nothing else people would *love* to have this for costumes, all you have to do is retype the text and stick the pics up.
